Clinical trials are complex. Our Trial Navigation Call is designed to help you understanding clinical trials and when they might be an option for you.
Who this service is for:
- You have just been diagnosed and are trying to understand your situation and what the options might be.
- You current treatment is coming to an end and you are wanting to understand whether clinical trials might be an option for you.
- You have heard about clinical trials but are not entirely sure what they are and whether they are relevant to you at the moment.
How it works
- Step 1
Choose a time to speak to one of our team.
- Step 2
Complete a short online form about your diagnosis and situation.
- Step 3
Complete payment via our secure online payment system.
- Step 4
Receive a confirmation email and reminder as your scheduled call approaches.
- Step 5
One of our experienced Trial Navigators will call you on the number you provide at the scheduled time.
- Step 6
Recieve a follow up email with further information depending on your needs.
What to expect
- How long will the call last?
Calls are scheduled for 30 minutes
- What will the call cover?
- We will take a brief history of your cancer to understand your current situation.
- We will explain what clinical trials are and how they work in general terms.
- We will discuss your current situation and whether clinical trials are relevant to you currently.
- We will explain how you can find clinical trials and what we can do to help.
- Who is the call with?
The call will be with one of our Trial Navigators who are knowledgeable and experienced in clinical trials. Our Navigators are not doctors, so this call does not replace speaking to your oncologist or surgeon.
- What happens if I want more help from RareCan after the call?
You can redeem the cost of the call against either a Personalised Trial Report or our InsightDecode service for up to 3 months.
