Make the most of your previous genetic tests. Our InsightDecode service translates your existing reports (like FoundationOne or Guardant 360CDx) into plain English and matches your specific biomarkers to UK treatment options and clinical trials.
InsightDecode could be right for you if:

How it works
- Step 1
Complete payment via our secure online payment system.
- Step 2
Complete a short online form about your diagnosis and situation, and upload your existing genetic test results.
- Step 3
Choose a time to speak to one of our team.
- Step 4
Receive a confirmation email and reminder as your scheduled call approaches.
- Step 5
One of our experienced Trial Navigators will call you on the number you provide at the scheduled time.
- Step 6
Our team will run your existing genetic results through our systems to produce a plain English summary of your results, suggested UK-relevant treatment options and a Personalised Trial Report based on your known genetic alterations. This usually takes 2 weeks, but can be done more quickly if it is urgent.
- Step 7
Your report will be emailed to you (and your consultant, if you choose that option).
- Step 8
Arrange a call with your dedicated Trial Navigator to talk through the trials identified in the report and your next steps.
What to expect
- How long is the initial call and what does it cover?
Calls are scheduled for 30 minutes. We will take a brief history of your cancer to understand your current situation and ensure we have the relevant information to produce a trial report. We will explain what clinical trials are and how they work in general terms, and how what the Personalised Trial Report will include.
- Who is the call with?
The call will be with one of our Trial Navigators who are knowledgeable and experienced in clinical trials. Our Navigators are not doctors, so this call does not replace speaking to your oncologist or surgeon.
- How long does it take to get my Report?
Reports are usually produced within 2 weeks. However, if you need yours more urgently, let your Trail Navigator know and we will produce it as quickly as possible
- What happens once I have my report?
Once you have reviewed your report, you can set up another call with your Trial Navigator to discuss the trials and next steps. Your Trial Navigator will also be happy to communicate with your consultant (with your consent) via email or phone.
- What if my situation changes?
Once you have purchased our Personalised Trial Report, we will support you through the next 6 months, including re-running your Report up to 3 times if your situation changes.
