Ovarian Cancer

How rare is ovarian cancer?

There are around 7,500 new cases in the UK each year. This makes it the 6th most common cancer amongst women in the UK.

Why is RareCan interested in ovarian cancer?

RareCan is working to accelerate research into ovarian cancer by making it easier for researchers to connect with people who have it. You can help us do this by becoming a RareCan member and sharing information with us about your ovarian cancer diagnosis. We will then get in touch with you about any research opportunities that might be suitable for you.
